Refund and Cancellation Policy

We would rather earn your renewal than argue about a refund. This is how refunds work.
Setup fee
Fully refundable if you cancel before we begin the Day 1 audit call. 50% refundable if you cancel after the audit but before the staff walkthrough on Day 6. Non-refundable once the service is live.
Monthly fee
Monthly fees are for the month ahead and are not refunded once that month has started. Cancel any time and you will not be charged again. If OWNIT fails to deliver the service described in your plan for more than 5 consecutive days in a month for reasons within our control, that month's fee is refunded.
Annual plans
Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund of the unused months. After that, unused full months are refunded pro rata at the monthly rate, which means the two-month discount is forfeited.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is governed by Meta's terms. OWNIT cannot refund ad spend.
