Terms of Service

These terms apply to every OWNIT service bought through ownit24.in or on WhatsApp. By paying a setup fee or a monthly fee you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you pay.
What you are buying
A monthly service, not software. OWNIT sets up, runs, monitors and improves the automation described in your plan on your WhatsApp number. The plan's inclusions are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase and in your first invoice.
Fees, GST and billing
A one-time setup fee is payable before work starts. Monthly fees are payable in advance on the same date each month, or annually with two months free. All fees exclude 18% GST, which is added to every invoice. Ad spend for Pro is paid by you directly to Meta and is never routed through OWNIT.
Contract and cancellation
Month-to-month. You may cancel any time with a WhatsApp or email message; the service stops at the end of the paid month. Annual plans may be cancelled with a pro-rated refund of unused full months, less the two-month discount, as described in the refund policy.
Your WhatsApp number and Meta's rules
Your number stays yours. You must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies. OWNIT will not send bulk promotional messages to people who have not opted in, and may pause any campaign that risks the number's standing with Meta.
Setup timeline
We aim to be live within 7 days of receiving the setup fee, your business details and Meta verification access. Delays caused by Meta verification, missing information or staff availability on your side extend the timeline correspondingly.
What we do not guarantee
Bookings, revenue and review counts depend on your business, market and customers. The ROI calculator on this site is an estimate, not a promise. We guarantee the service described in your plan, not a specific business outcome.
Payments collected from your customers
Payment links are created on your own Razorpay account. Money goes directly to your bank account. OWNIT never holds your customers' money and is not a party to your transactions with them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, OWNIT's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. OWNIT is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
